Hi Mazzeo! See my response to Ernesto… I don’t think anyone knows what the solution or solutions might be. But we need to be experimenting with all of these, and more. And while we’re experimenting with things like retraining, we also need to be questioning the entire underlying paradigm. We forget that we invented the idea that people have to have a 40-hour-a-week job, and we can un-invent it. But to un-invent it, we need an alternative. Got any ideas?
